Data Protection
   All customers personal details held on our computer database are protected under the conditions of the data protection act. Your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to a third party.

All Items sold are subject to availability

   We endeavour to fulfil your order however reserve the right to offer alternatives prior to despatch as not all items are kept in stock and suppliers may decide to alter change or delete manufacture without notifying us.

Guarantee
   Knits by Donna guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are delivered in new condition.
   Any item delivered to you with a different size or colour to the one you ordered can be exchanged at no extra cost to you. If the relevant item is no longer available, you will be offered the chance to exchange the item to another one of your choosing or ask for a full refund. Should you order the wrong size unintentionally, we shall exchange the item providing we receive the item within 14 days of delivery, in new condition, and providing we have the size you require in stock. However, you may be liable for the extra cost of delivery.

Refunds - Faulty Goods
   Any faulty items delivered to you will be refunded or replaced free of charge, once you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note, however, that these goods are hand made and as such there will be variations in the colours, weave and finish.
   In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, please return the goods to the address on your delivery note as this depends upon the despatch location, as tailor-made items will come direct from our supplier. Please email us prior to your despatch to us to tell us about your reasons for doing so. We are committed to providing you with a first class service.

Delivery Times
   As we value our customers, we will endeavour to deliver your orders as soon as we can. In most cases we dispatch the orders on the same day as the order has been placed. Naturally tailor-made items like clothes will be longer as these are truly made to your order and in the case of measurement clarification it may be necessary to contact you by email or even by telephone. Delivery will usually take up to 10 working days for normal items worldwide. At the time of your order confirmation we will advise you by email of the expected delivery times.

Contract
   The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the U.S. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will always use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise as this is by far the most sensible way and low cost way to resolve any dispute.
